Week 10 DFS Analysis
Since it's Sunday, I figured that I would run a few visuals on daily fantasy outputs using DraftKings data (it's the least I could do, really).
Things that I like today:
Jared Goff paired with Cooper Kupp -
Despite being one of the weaker teams when it comes to defending Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers, Seattle presents good value for these positions week over week. For example in 2020, Seattle has given up 80 more points than Atlanta yet overall players have been nearly $9,000 (salary dollars) cheaper.
Nick Chubb's Return-
Houston has one of the highest median values when it comes to points given up to Running Backs. The Texans have also given up one of the largest single game performances of the year to Derrick Henry. This week they are not only facing one of the best Running Backs in the league, but a Running Back who is fighting for a starting role after the success Kareem Hunt found when Chubb went out.
Leonard Fournette -
Looking at the boxplots, Carolina has a huge tail when it comes to Running Back points given up. Fournette has already delivered 30+ points once against Carolina this year, and at a DraftKings salary of $5,500 I like the odds of him doing it again.
